Session led by Ian McLintock, Founder, Charity Excellence Framework
This session aimed to help you build financial resilience within your organisation not by cutting costs but by thinking strategically about your financial mechanisms. The session also showed Charity Excellence Framework’s great toolkits and how best to use their very detailed funders list.
Please see additional useful resources below the session recording video.
Ian is the founder of Charity Excellence Framework. A free, easy to use, low workload online toolkit, with the largest resource base in the charity sector, it enables any non-profit to assess and manage every area of activity, to increase impact, financial resources and overall performance.
“I wanted to thank you for setting up this session; it was very interesting to listen to what Ian had to say and it enabled me to look at issues and challenges with a different perspective.”
