Buckinghamshire Volunteer Matching Service
Buckinghamshire Council have stepped up the Buckinghamshire Volunteer Matching Service in readiness for a potential tightening of restrictions due to the increase in COVID-19 cases we’re seeing.
As a result, this means we have re-opened the volunteer recruitment. We are looking for new volunteers across the county but have a particular need for volunteers based in, or living close to High Wycombe, Great Missenden and Chesham.
“Volunteering is as critical to the backbone of community service; during the first lockdown we had a massive number of people volunteer across Buckinghamshire. Without a doubt many more vulnerable people would have been at risk If we hadn’t have had so many terrific volunteers.
