It was great to visit Inspire Bucks to get an update on their 2022 Christmas Gift Appeal and find out more about their other projects. The Christmas Gift Appeal was a huge success and presents were distributed to more than 3,400 children and young people in Buckinghamshire.

We could see that the grant provided by The Clare Foundation had enabled Inspire Bucks to expand their festive project. Working from a compact suite of offices in central Aylesbury, the small team at Inspire Bucks worked tirelessly to deliver presents to vulnerable families.

“I am delighted that we were able to collaborate with Paul Irwin and his Team at Inspire Bucks. During our visit it was amazing to hear about the number of families and children that received support during the Christmas period.

I was also impressed by their efforts to develop a network of volunteers and how they connect into the community. On behalf of my fellow Trustees and the Team we want to say a BIG THANKS to all those who worked or supported Inspire Bucks during this time.”

Paul Irwin, Founding Trustee, Inspire Bucks

“We are so thankful to The Clare foundation for their support with core funding last year. Having this funding means that every penny we receive from the public goes straight to gifts for children and young adults in crisis throughout Bucks.

With public support and the funding from The Clare Foundation we were able to make over 4,000 Children and young adults smile last year for birthdays and for Christmas.

The Clare Foundation have become more than a funder, they have become, friends, advisors and partners that make our everyday wheels turn so that we can make a difference.”
