The Clare Foundation are delighted to be able to support Bucks Students’ Union for wellbeing month.

Mental health problems can affect anyone, any day of the year, but 10th October is a great day to show your support for better mental health and start looking after your own well-being.

Throughout October, Bucks Students’ Union has pulled together several wellbeing courses, workshops and other special treats for students attending Bucks New University. Due to the current pandemic, these are delivered both online and offline to ensure students safety.

All activities are free courtesy of the Big Deal and The Clare Foundation and include a wellbeing box, hand and head massages as and when you need them and of course visits from puppies!

As part of wellbeing month Bucks Students’ Union have also launched the Positivity Project which allows students to share their positive vibes and feelings. Honest hour sessions are being delivered by executive officers and is an opportunity for students to speak openly about their personal experiences and to hear how Bucks Students’ Union can instigate action to make student lives in Bucks better.

This project aims to reach 1000 students and fits perfectly with The Clare Foundation’s ambition to make Buckinghamshire the happiest county in England!
