Felicity graduated from Bournemouth University and then spent 10 years working in Marketing culminating in 8 successful years at Yamaha Music Europe as their Artist Relations and Promotions Manager. After a career break to raise her young family, in 2017, Felicity saw a gap in the market for a toddler sensory dance group. Tots Disco was born and became an award-winning business within a year. In September 2020 Felicity joined The Clare Foundation as their Charity Services Manager leading on charity projects and managing the events programme.
