Applications are now open!

Following the outstanding success and impact of our 2023 and 2024 Angels’ Den Events, we are thrilled to announce plans for our next event! Once again, we will be hosting it at the beautiful Elgiva Theatre in Chesham, with our MC, Nathan Cooper from Bucks Radio, as part of our Late Summer Soirée.

Angels’ Den is a new and innovative way for charities in Buckinghamshire to bid for funding. On 10th September, eight charities will present a two minute pitch, to six Angels for a share of £120,000. Each of our Angels has contributed £10,000 to the pot and The Clare Foundation has match funded with its own contribution of £60,000. After each charity has pitched, and the Angels have deliberated, we will find out how much each charity has been awarded. The good news is that every charity will be given a grant.

You can apply as an individual charity or work collaboratively on a significant initiative that addresses pressing community challenges. If you would like to apply as part of a collaborative, we can introduce you to possible partner organisations.

What we are looking for:

  • Bold Ideas: Initiatives that address critical needs in Buckinghamshire, with a clear plan for measurable impact.
  • Vision: Demonstrate how you or the partnership creates added value and amplifies results and impact.
  • Sustainability: Plans that emphasise long-term benefits and capacity building within the community.

Your submission should include:

  • A brief overview of the charity or organisations involved.
  • The programme/project’s goals, approach, and expected outcomes.
  • How the project aligns with the Angels’ Den’s mission of fostering impact and innovation.

Categories:

  • Children & Young People
